Center for Organizational and Technological Advancement
Bringing the campus to the community
Based at the Virginia Tech Roanoke Center, the Center for Organizational and Technological Advancement (COTA) provides university-community engagement programs and leadership development opportunities in conjunction with Virginia Tech faculty.
Today's professional must be capable of leading change and people; generating results; managing human, financial, and information resources strategically; facilitating cooperation and teamwork; and deploying technical knowledge and skills effectively. We can help foster best practices and innovation across professions and sectors including business, industry, K-12 and post-secondary education, government, and nonprofit.
Programs are offered at the historic Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center in Roanoke, Virginia. The hotel and conference center is a shining example of a campus-community partnership between Virginia Tech and the city of Roanoke.
